1. What Oddrail is

Oddrail publishes statistical estimates about football matches and runs an order book on which those estimates are traded. Everything on the service is a simulation.

All balances are virtual credits. Credits have no monetary value, are issued free of charge, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for money or anything else of value. They may be adjusted or reset, and they expire without compensation if an account or the service ends.

The service does not accept, place, broker or settle wagers, holds no client money, and is not a gambling service, a betting exchange, a broker, an investment firm or a payment service. No payment details are collected anywhere on the service.

2. Not advice

Model output, prices, depth and every other figure shown are informational. They are not betting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to act.

Probabilities are estimates that carry uncertainty, and past data does not predict outcomes. [OPERATOR] does not warrant that any figure is accurate, current, or fit for any purpose.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You must not use the service where doing so would breach the law that applies to you. Access from certain territories may be blocked.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One account per person. Accounts created to manipulate prices, the order book or any other shared surface may be closed without notice.

You may ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time — see the privacy notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data outside the documented API; do not work around rate limits, authentication or access controls; do not probe, load-test or disrupt the service; do not reverse-engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

Do not enter orders intended to create a misleading impression of price or depth, to trade with yourself, or to coordinate with other accounts to move a price.

Do not use the service to publish unlawful, abusive or infringing content, including in display names.

6. API terms

API keys identify an organisation. Keep them secret; you are responsible for all activity under your keys. Tell us at once if a key is exposed and it will be revoked.

The sandbox settles in virtual credits and creates no financial obligation on either side. It is provided for evaluation, without a service level, and may change or be withdrawn.

Rate limits and quotas apply and may be adjusted. Keys may be suspended or revoked where use threatens the stability or integrity of the service.

Data returned by the API may be used to build and evaluate your integration. It may not be redistributed as a standalone feed, resold, or presented as your own market data.

7. Third-party data

Fixture, result and odds data is sourced from API-Football and football-data.co.uk and remains theirs. Oddrail publishes derived values under those providers' terms and attributes them in the footer of every page.

You may not extract or redistribute the underlying provider data from the service.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is and as-available. It is a work in progress: features, markets, prices and virtual balances may change, be reset, or be removed at any time.

These terms may change. Material changes appear on this page with a new date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, [OPERATOR] excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Because credits have no monetary value, no claim can be founded on their loss, adjustment or reset.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended or closed, and API access withdrawn, where these terms are breached or where the law requires it. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of [OPERATOR JURISDICTION], whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
